Not dead yet
I suppose it's time to finally post something. Not much has been happening, really. Been busy with work, but now I've taken two weeks off (hey, I worked during Christmas holidays, so I bally well deserve it) and am enjoying doing absolutely nothing. Well, nothing apart from reading - by some strange quirk of fate I've found myself in the middle of Woodehousian fandom (particularly its Jeeves & Wooster part) and have been reading heaps and heaps of fanfic in addition to the proper Wodehouse's stories.
And also decided to finally collect Wodehouse's books in their printed form. Three parts of Jeeves Omnibus are on their way from a bookshop. About 400 pages in each of them *salivates mentally*.
Apart from that, I'm still reading Mark Forsyth's The Etymologicon which I really should have been done with by now, but there you go. Five months and I'm still in the middle of it. And The Horologicon awaits.
Well, I managed to finish Kultury prosumpcji (eng. title: Prosumption Cultures) by Piotr Siuda at least. Might even write something about it some day. For now I think I'll just poke the author about some terminology.
